Its hard to say who would win. A Wii mote would be more responsive then the Xbox controller but I do not think that is what your asking. Samus does fight more fearsome creatures then Master Chief does. Mother Brain still freaks me out big time. Samus in Hyper form would probably have to take the cake though.
Not sure who would win, but i know that i like Samus better then the Master Chief, mostly because i prefer exploration combat to FPS combat
